I debated whether or not to go to a department store or a mattress store for our bed and decided on Metro Mattress because I liked the one year sleep on it guarantee. We went at a good time because we got some really good deals and free stuff for their President's day sale. They were missing a bolt for the adjustable bed when they delivered it and we were able to find one in the house that matched. That day they called to say that they will replace the foundation this weekend. Great customer service and I feel like I've gotten my money's worth.

This is the third mattress we've purchased from here. Our son loves his new memory foam mattress. We will definitely be going back. Love the cooling pillows they have there. I absolutely recommend going to this location (Oneonta). The staff is not only very courteous and professional but they help you find the exact mattress and pillow that will fit your lifestyle. I was laughing so much during my time in the store I completely forgot that I was there purchasing one of their products. Their Financial Manager help me find the best deal with the financing on our new mattress with the boxspring a cover metal frame to go under the bed I cannot believe the savings he got me I was so grateful I couldn't thank of enough. The delivery was fast and the gentleman set up my bed in no time. I will be returning customer for the next but I am going to purchase along with my family!

We selected a mattress with adjustable base on the spot and it was delivered and set up on the next afternoon. We are enjoying getting our sleep on!
