Metro Mattress to open new store in Depew, N.Y.
Upstate New York's largest mattress retailer opens seventh Buffalo store in less than two years
Upstate New York's largest mattress retailer, will open a new location in the Cheektowaga/Lancaster area the weekend of May 22, 2009. The new store will be located at 4900 Transit Road, Depew, N.Y., (between the AT&T Mobile store and Target).
In March 2006, Metro Mattress acquired Lockport Mattress and its four locations in the Buffalo area. The acquisition included stores in Lockport, Hamburg, Tonawanda and Niagara Falls.
Since the acquisition, two additional Metro Mattress stores have opened in the Buffalo area including a store in North Buffalo in December 2007 and a Williamsville store in February 2008. Two future Buffalo-area stores are also planned.

The new store brings Metro Mattress to 35 locations in Upstate New York.
